Inspired by ancient symbols and folk designs relating to nature, this sampler is a fun way to learn the basics of hand-embroidery.

Start by stitching over the hand printed motifs, doing one stitch at a time. Start from top left with a running stitch and proceed to slighly more complex stitches.
